Description

On Monday, September 9th, we will be migrating all accounts on AMSCLOUD01 to new infrastructure (AMSCLOUD02). Work will be between 11PM - 2AM UTC. We will be conducting this work overnight and outside of normal business hours. The expected downtime for accounts would be between 10 - 30 minutes per account total, in addition to an expected 10 minute outage of the Amsterdam SBC, which will be backed up by the UK SBC during the outage. This migration is to get ahead of planned maintenance in the Amsterdam datacenter which will impact the existing infrastructure.
