Description

We are announcing a system wide update to 18.9b (18.0.9.35) for all accounts in all data centers on Sunday, February 23. The primary purpose of this update is to update certificates for the account activation mechanism. The expected down time is 5-15 minutes per account to allow for services restart. No action is required for all apps and phone system functionality to work once the update is applied to each account. We plan to start this update on Sunday12:00 AM (New York Time) and the plan is to complete this by 11:59PM (New York Time). We will fine tune this schedule as we get closer to the maintenance date. We will reach out to any account on dedicated or high availability accounts to coordinate any exceptions to this schedule. If there is any concerns, we suggest you setup call forwarding at the carrier level for any of your phone numbers until the maintenance is completed on all accounts.
