[Monitoring] We received additional reports that parking was not working this morning in Chicago. We migrated the DNS back to Chicago on Wednesday as we understood this issue to be resolved, but it appears that is not the case. We've corrected this issue for now and enabled more detailed logging should the issue return again, and if it does, we'll once again revert the DNS to Virginia while we involve the vendor.

[Monitoring] We have re-routed traffic bound for our Chicago SBC platform for physical device registration over to Virginia. This move should address call parking issues using physical buttons on devices. We have reported the issue to our vendor to analysis.

[Investigating] We're receiving reports of issues with call parking on our Chicago physical device proxy. We're currently investigating and will provide an update as soon as we have one. A temporary workaround is to switch to another proxy, which our support team can assist with
