[Monitoring] This is an IMPORTANT update. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Crowdstrike has identified that a vulnerability in the 3CX Desktop App Please read the thread in the url below https://www.reddit.com/r/crowdstrike/comments/125r3uu/20230329_situational_awareness_crowdstrike/ As a precaution, please close down your 3CX Windows Based Client Apps as well as the MAC Client if they are in use and switch to the web client which is the browser based version of the softphone. Description

We have notified specific partners who still have physical devices connecting through the since migrated SBC platform in the Virginia Data Center. Reasons for that could be cached DNS not updating to the new IP's that we transitioned the SBC's to or that very old templates are in use or that you have manually programmed phones using IP's instead of FQDN's. The original servers are going to be taken offline by our data center provider next week on March 22nd. Please make sure to have either rebooted your devices or reprovisioned your devices prior to that time.
