Description

We will be doing some cleanup work to in both Virginia and Chicago data centers from previous maintenances over the last 30 days this Saturday from midnight to 8am (New York Time). During the window, it is possible some accounts will have a downtime of 3-10 minutes to process configuration changes. Our goal is to make sure all accounts are standardized on storage allocation once this maintenance is completed.

Description

One of our newer upstream calling plan providers (Telnyx) posted the following upcoming maintenance notices: Our Telephony Engineers will be performing maintenance on our Inbound SIP proxy servers in the Australia region. This maintenance will not disrupt service, but you may notice re-registration of your devices during the maintenance, as our primary and secondary SIP IP addresses are moved between hosts. This 3 hour maintenance window will occur between 3am and 6am (Sydney Time)

Description

On Friday, August 2nd, Between 9pm - 5am (Los Angeles Time) & Saturday 5am - 1pm (London Time), We will be reconfiguring all accounts on LACLOUD04, LACLOUD05, UKCLOUD03 to return voicemails and recordings to be stored normally rather than via cloud storage. This change will require approx 5 minutes of system interruption per account. This work is being done overnight and outside of normal production business hours.
