[Monitoring] This is a retroactive incident posting about customers that experienced a service disruption in our Virginia Data Center. Issues starting presenting around 3:00am Eastern Time on April 17th and systems were restored back to normal operation for all affected customers at 6:30am Eastern Time on April 17th. We are investigating the underlying causes of this system issue.
